For what it's worth, they sent me both for free. I haven't read
through them yet, though. I note that the basic approach is
"light" paleo -- i.e., more Zone-like than Neanderthin -- with
some food combining rules: A meal consists of meat plus
low-density veggies or a starch plus low-density veggies. Meat
and starch are not mixed. Fruit is not mixed with anything but
is eaten alone.
I'll let you know what I think after I've read both "books"
(total of about 35 acrobat pages).
