BTW... I remember you were looking for 100% organic chocolate [I know... 
some think it not paleo]... well we have found it and it is delicious!...

Got it at Wholefoods' flagship store on Kensington High st. in London... not 
sure where you can purchase it in your neck-of-the-wood... maybe you could 
stock up next time you're in the big city.
