That is NOT, no way, menudo. Menudo has tomatos, peppers, cumin, garlic,
hominy, and no eggs or thickening agents. It is a traditional hangover cure
in Mexican culture, and non-Paleo if you don't want to eat New World foods
or Solanaceae.
