Trish,

I recently went on a cruise and had the same concern
as you. If you are a purist like me, you'll have a
hard time eating. For meals you basically have two
choices, the cafeteria or the dining room (i.e. a
restarurant). Although I never had a problem in the
dining room (for lunch or dinner anyway), I felt like
the portions sizes were more like snacks. The
cafeteria was a little different. Sure there's a lot
of meat, but you can tell that it's been cured with or
douced in something non-paleo. Another problem is
that after hours (after 9pm) it's much more difficult
to find something paleo to eat. Also, there is a lot
of fruit on board, but it's pretty much just apples,
bananas, and oranges.

Out of hunger I decided to let go of purist ideas for
the week.

Hope you have fun!!

Jennifer
