I live in NYC and it's a store brand Caeser from a store on the upper west
side called Fairway.  Ingredients:  Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice,
garlic, anchovies, parmesan (I know, I know, not necessarily paleo) whole
pasteurized eggs, salt & pepper.  It is really delicious, but I am concerned
about the pasteurization of eggs somehow creating oxidized fats.  On the
other hand, there is probably not much of these eggs (or cheese for that
matter) in this product because these ingredients are listed nearly last on
the label.
