Hi William;

Oddly enough this word (Inuk) came up at work yesterday and both my boss and
I had never heard of it and were going to check up on it. So, neat, I got
the answer from such an umlikely source...

Apparently, two Inuk are termed "Inuuk" according to this website;

http://www.arctictravel.com/chapters/glossarypage.html

Inuk

("ee-nook"); a person of Inuit descent. Two such people are Inuuk; three or
more are Inuit ("ee-neu-eet"). Note that the plural is never used with an
"s" (i.e. the Inuits)
