This is very different from HRT protocols which are long term and daily
use of hormones with far reaching consequences.

Many women report that reducing refined foods/carbs in the diet improve
menopausal symptoms  - similar to improvements in PMT and cramping for
younger women who low carb. Do the prescribers of HRT prescribe a diet
low in refined foods for their patients or is HRT the only prescription
for "menopause disease"

I personally will not be taking HRT when I reach menopause
