I am in the process of writing a paleo cookbook.... One day I will get it published, and every time I hear of someone wanting a book, I get a little more motivation......
I have over 100 recipes now, including desserts, breakfasts, snacks, mains and sauces...

Have you looked at "The Garden of Eating"?

Check out their website - http://www.thegardenofeatingdiet.com/

The author, Rachel Albert-Matesz, has a blog too... http://www.thehealthycookingcoach.com/

There are plenty of food blogs in cyber space... I tend to pick/choose and adapt various recipes along paleo lines

How about tomato juice? As part of the paleo diet I have given up drinking anything alcoholic but still enjoy tomato juice with Louisiana hot sauce that spices it up. Anything I should be concerned about with that.

And anyone recommend a good food recipe book for paleos? I am getting tired (though not hungry :-) ) from eating my own dull cooking.
