Dont' forget that pretty much all of what we call Mexican food is Tex-Mex. You
can't find that kind of food in Mexico. It is a dietary hybrid of two cultures. If you can find a Zu Zu's, you'll find much more authentic 'Mexican' food, but I like Tex-Mex best!
