>Orange which supplies 166% of the recommended daily allowance. These
natural
>sources supply their natural synergistic factors which are not found in
>ordinary ascorbic acid, a synthetic form of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is a
>water-soluble vitamin that is easily absorbed. Along with forming and
>maintaining collagen, a protein that forms the basis for the connective
>tissue in the body, Vitamin C nutritionally supports the body in its normal
>healing process. Vitamin C works as an antioxidant and prevents other
>antioxidant vitamins such as A and E from becoming oxidized in the body.(1)
>Usage: One tablet per day or as otherwise desired for dietary
>supplementation. Chew or allow to dissolve on tongue as preferred.

that sounds very good but considering the fragility of natural vit C when
exposed to heat , oxygene or simply thru storage ( as it have been shown
for fruits and vegetables), how can they guarantee the dosage or the
effectiveness of their tablet .?
