For those unfamiliar with the four-letter combo in this messages' title,
it's short for same (expletive), different day.

Frito Lay will now lower the trans-fatty acids in Fritos, Doritos and
whatnot, which is good news to most but only makes me think of oh, say, new
and improved snake oil. A local news anchor just pointed out that the
snacks are no lower in overall fat or calories but not to worry; reduced-fat
Frito Lay snacks should be available next year. Hot diggity!

Meanwhile, they just did a story on the 100-year anniversary of the Moon
Pie. Ah, the memories; 100 years of eventual death in the palm of your
hand. Best washed down with RC, of course.

(native and former resident of Moon Pie country - YAAAAAAAAAAAA-hoo!)
