I can do okay on no breakfast, or a little protein with fat (eggs, fatty
meat). A small
carb-free breakfast can keep me going till supper. With no breakfast,
I'm ready for
a modest lunch.

Lynnet,

Thanks for your reply! I've been especially curious as to how others react
when skipping breakfast. The first meal of the day is supposed to set the
metabolic rate for the day. I too will often feel adequate on no
breakfast, but was most concerned with how "weak-willed" I might become
later in the day. Caving-to-the-cravings has happened to me once or twice
before, so I was trying to get an idea if this might be due to
skipping "the most important meal of the day." Thanks again!

Kevin
