My point exactly.  Can a vegetarian diet or a diet with muscle meat
(commercial or not) as its only source of animal food really be called
paleo?  How about a diet that does not contain insects or a very wide
range of plant foods?   Rather than water down the concept of paleo
diet to the point where it comes almost meaningless, I think that this
list should be supporting a raising of the bar - not a lowering to pander
to some misguided notion of equality.
