I meant to say that I don't know *how much* extra protein it takes above daily needs to push one out of ketosis assuming no other carbs are being consumed.   But if I do know anything, it's clear to me that it's hard to get enough calories to maintain weight on a very low carb, moderate protein, unlimited fat diet!
