I used to run around naked outdoors; I delighted in getting challenged by
park rangers who couldn't cope with my walking right up to them naked to
ask what they wanted. Anyway, back on topic; I use tanning beds except
whenever I can lie out at home in summer. I don't try to get tanned, but
just go once a week or so for a minimal time. I do find it mood-elevating
and calming.

If you have actual agoraphobia, you will need to work on it systematically.
If you are just unwilling to go out in the air, I would suggest some sort
of exercise outside, perhaps with others, and dressed appropriately, just
to get you out there doing something and staying warm. Your place is in the
sun; go for it, Stacie!
