I don't know about the rest, but a poor sitting position can definitely  
cause back pain, neck pain, and headaches.  Your swiss ball seat might  
also be causing your calf pain, if your calves are engaging all the time  
to stabilize you.  I don't know that those would have anything to do with  
your teeth, though.
