OK, so say someone eats plenty of B6 and folic acid,
do you think that a high protein diet is safe then?

I got that, but I'm trying to figure out what your
opinion is, and what conclusion you are drawing,
because you are obviously well versed on this subject.

How much protein is too much?  What would you replace
the rest of the calories in the diet with?  Good fats?
 Paleo carbs like fruit?

If you were to describe an optimal diet for an insulin
resistant person such as myself, what would that look
like?
