On SAD I could see these things being an issue.... Since eliminating those
foods which were wrong for me I don't have a craving for those foods. To
the contrary, my ego is one of the things which keeps me on the "straight
and narrow". My conditioning is now that of what is healthy for me.
Convenience has never been a factor in this, even on SAD. I'm much too
driven to be lazy and that is my next issue to work on..... :) Oliva
