Exactly, that's why the US and a coalition of  18 European countries and
others support the effort to disarm the evil Saddam Hussein.  Evil thrives
when good people do nothing, sit on their hands, and hope for the best like
Germany and France.

President Bush also has the support of 18 European countries and others.
By the way, subsequent to WWI, Germany was in violation of the various
surrender treaties in place after WWI.  The rest of the world (including the
good people of France) did nothing until it was too late.  Doing nothing and
letting the evil Hussein continue to violate Resolution 1441 doesn't avoid
war -- it guarantees it.

There is also no health possible when evil Saddam Hussein uses the
biological, chemical (which incidentally he used on his own people in the
1980s) and nuclear weapons of mass destruction that he previously agreed not
to  develop and to disavail himself of pursuant to Security Council
Resolution 1441.
