Here's another one.

My brother-in-law had some relatives visiting him at his cabin in central
Idaho. He decided to feed them a local "delicacy", Rocky Mountain Oysters.
(For those of you who don't recognize the term - they are lamb or calf
testicles. Quite common around here. In fact, we have at least one local
festival centered around them. They are pretty good eatin', though
generally they are served battered and deep-fried.... but I digress... ).

Anyway, Fred (my b-in-law) decided that his guests' East Coast breeding
might prevent them from partaking in such a tender treat, so he told them
they were eating "chicken tenders". And, apparently these were by far the
best "chicken tenders" the guests had ever eaten, because they proceeded to
scarf them down like there was no tomorrow.

Later that evening, the hosts let the cat (calf?) out of the bag. Although
surprised, most of the guests were quite impressed with the testicular
treat, and stated that they would happily eat them again. One guest,
however, spent the rest of the night in the bathroom puking his brains out.

Months later, Fred's sister was chatting with the weak-stomached relative,
and asked him if he remembered the chicken tenders. He said yes. A few
moments later, his wife was on the line, saying, "Thanks. He's in the
batroom puking his brains out again."
