Yes and no...  :)

I will try for myself, but I always like to have some good science
behind me when making important decisions. It is far too easy for me to
"think" I am feeling better (placebo effect) without there being any
real benefit.

While on the subject of raw fish...

I have some fresh sardines that I purchsed today. I think someone in
here suggested a while back that sardines can be eaten raw, organs and
all. Is this true?

If I want to try them raw should I gut them first or just chomp into
them?
