I agree with Todd.  Long timers to paleo can vouch for this.  sigh..... Once
you've lost that initial weight you want to gradually get to 10-12 calories
per pound of your lean body mass or the weight that is your goal/ideal for
you. The key is gradual.  Lose ten more pounds, alter the intake.  Oliva
