Hi,

I'm just getting started on this diet, and am really looking forward to
healing my body.

I would be interested in suggestions on how to have breakfast and lunch on
the run. I start school soon, where I'll be commuting 1.5 hours each way
(welcome to Maine). That means I leave at 6:15 a.m., get there before 8 am,
and have class until 11:45. I don't think I"m going to want much for
breakfast that early in the morning; would probably be ready to eat between
7:30 and 8. Would appreciate ideas for a breakfast that can be carried
and/or eaten in the car NEATLY. :)

Also suggestions for bag lunch. I don't know what type of facilities are
available (fridge, microwave, etc.), so I'm planning on simple. Jerky is
probably one good option (my boyfriend has a dehydrator, although I was
intrigued by someone's mention of drying in the fridge. Please send
details). Creativity appreciated.

Many thanks,

Laura
