I am going to guess that most of these men are eating a lot of carbohydrates

as well, and that it is the combination of saturated fats and carbohydrates.

Although not truly paleo, you may appreciate The Livin' La Vida Low Carb

Show.  Jimmy Moore interviews many scientists and doctors who either do

research or look at the primary research themselves.  Almost none are

concerned about saturated fat or high fat in the absence of carbohydrates.
