were you eating a low fat diet prior to going paleo?
if you were, go to the dr. and have a sonogram done of your gallbladder. you
might have stones caused by your complete "about face" in eating habits.
it happened to me, i had been on a low fat diet for three years when my in
laws came to live with me and they eat alot of fatty oily foods. 6 weeks
later, i was in the er and scheduled for emergency surgery.
hope it's a healing crisis, and not the old gallbladder.
