Buy them frozen....  A lot cheaper, they don't spoil and they're great in a
protein shake if you don't have time to cook.  I put in the blender, some
berries, flax seed, a few nuts, ice, water  and I'm out the door.  Oliva
p.s.she'll probably give you some for nothing.....

This will sound bizarre since they're LOADED with sugar but I can eat just
one banana.  I suffer neither cravings nor a dip in energy.  Grapes?  They
all but put me to sleep.  Strawberries light my mouth on fire but no problem
with blackberries, raspberries or blueberries. Diff'rent strokes for
diff'rent folks.  Too bad most berries cost about as much per pound as my
house.  I have a neighbor with a mulberry tree in the alley and I'm thinking
of offering her a pretty price for a pint or two.
