It's desirable to use the fewest ____ products.  This is called being thrifty.

It depends on how you define "healthy".   If you mean "perfect health for 80
years", the probably not.   However, the vast majority of current vegetarians
could significantly improve their health by eating more vegetables and fruits,
far less grains, and by supplementing each meal with a scoop of whey protein.

Definitely not, since anywhere from 40-80% of the population would be incapable
of being "healthy" even if the only thing required was to press a button once a
day.

In the context of our discussion, a dog can eat a cow (over a long period of
time), but a cow cannot eat a dog.
