I did a run today with no carbs in todays food. So only stored from
last night. Not much I think. Even the hill work went ok but anaerobic
was weaker. I have a 10k race next Sunday, will try it low carbing.
See how it goes. Is there any reason health wise not to go into
something like that in ketosis? After my run today, 40 minutes with
some hills, I felt no hunger as I would if I was eating carbs, and not
even much thirst. I have noticed I don't get cotton mouth or feel
thirsty (I do drink plenty) when training on low carb.
