They finally ran out of books and cancled my account.  I didn't think
they would take my page down because I have seen used copies of the book
on abebooks.com and amazon does sell used and out of print books.

Hopefully, the book will soon have a new page for the St. Martin's Press
edition.  Start working on those new reviews!

BTW, I'm waiting to hear from the legal dept. of St. Martin's for a
"legal review" of the new edition. Seems they are afraid of vege-libel
laws (ala Oprah).
