Your walk thru the yellow pages for the local butcher shops should do it.
Just start calling every single one of them.  One of them is bound to know.
Also, you can check with information and see if there is an "information and
referral" center in your area.  They have all kinds of info at their finger
tips.  Too, if you can find a realtor who specializes in ranches, farm, and
acreage, he/she will know.  Your local co-op might know, but "they" are
