 Arrhythmia can be a very dangerous issue when potassium gets out of whack.
Problems that lead to vomiting, diarrhea, and lack of augmentation with
dietary or therapeutic intervention to raise depleted potassium (K) can lead
to cardiac arrest.  Haven't we learned here that ketosis and the associated
diuretic effects can lead to K depletion?  Certainly, prolonged ketosis with
little dietary intake of potassium could be problematic.  Rick

it sounds as though the problem may not be ketosis at all, but simply
shortage of Ca, Mg. if u eat full paleo style you would get these [and other
minerals] from bone broth.
but could it have something to do with ammonia buil-up as well?
