I don't know how that specific person thinks, but for 99% of people "Neander"
and "Caveman" are hugely negative.

I have a friend who uses the word "cave" to denote anything really stupid.

I think when Ray wrote the book, the title was reasonable because it was so
shocking that it would get people to pick it up to see what it was about.

But I don't think that sort of tactic is going to appeal to most of our friends
and relatives.
