<< I am beginning to do some with light weights. I have a prosthesis in my
left shoulder and it came apart in a fall a year ago last February, and I
didn't realize it. I knew there was pain, but tried my best to ignore it. I
finally had it repaired last March and am just now able to lift a small
weight and I do exercises with the theraband. I walk and hike. I had a very
active outdoor lifestyle until the fall. We prospect for gold and I used to
do a lot of shoveling gravel and dirt and carried 5 gallon buckets of same.
I had been on LC 5 months before the fall. I have remained on it faithfully.

Sounds like you are very active...glad you were able to have your shoulder
repaired.
My father in law prospects for gold too, btw.
Hopefully your return to all that activity will help you put on more muscle.
