Hi, Barbara. That sounds like a good idea. I know the ingredients you are
adding to the meat are natural wormers (to some degree). Just wondering if
you and others on the list who eat raw meat have a schedule for actually
worming yourselves. I ask because I'm on an alternative breast cancer list
on which many of the women worm themselves regularly - and they don't eat
raw - just do it to get their parasite loads down. There are some worms
that are associated with breast cancer.

I'm amazed and grossed out by the number and types of worms these women are
passing. According to them and to the books they have read on the subject
(Hulda Clark comes to mind) gardening - digging in soil, visiting a zoo,
working with horses, etc. can all expose one to worms. The women are
passing really large liver flukes, balls of white worms, etc.

This is an ugly topic, but I do wonder if people on this list are worming
themselves and, if so, what method they are using.

I have been an avid gardener all my adult life and have owned horses,
visited zoos and all kinds of farms/ranches, worked with manure, etc. So,
I'm trying to get up my nerve.
