Speaking of iguana frankfurters, I had an excellent meal at the Chico Hot Springs Hotel in Pray, Montana last week.  They've a Wine Spectator commended wine list, so I selected a non-paleo Alsacian riesling to accompany my outstanding grilled half quail and rattlesnake sausage.  The snake was surprisingly delicious, fatty and flavorful.
