Just chiming in here... I share a similar sleep pattern, with a bit
more
afternoon napping.  Even when I'm out in wilderness at night with no
artificial light, I find I can see perfectly well unless the moon is
completely dark, and my sleep pattern remain short and quite shallow.
Only thing I can't do in moonlight is read, and I don't think our
paleo
friends were all that concerned about reading.
