"Your hunger was a reliable

signal of relative low fat intake."

True. My husband purchased 90-percent lean ground beef rather than purchasing a chuck roast and having it ground with all the fat. We made burgers (no bread for me, I like to eat a big patty with steamed kale/garlic). It was like eating fluffy meat full of air after all this time eating fattier meats. Also, I was "starving" again a few hours later. Usually after eating proper fatty meat, I am good all day, usually not hungry until next morning. I usually eat only one, possibly two meals at the most each day. Most days I am not hungry until 2pm, and I eat my fill. During certain time of the month I am more hungry, and want 2 meals a day, usually around 10 am and again by 4 or 5 pm. But I found that having the proper protein/fat ratio satisfies me and I only need one meal each day. Also, I am not extra physically active, either. However, YMMV.

Has anyone else noticed they require fewer meals each day?

Trish
