That's true for me, too. I can overdo anything that tastes really good.
I saw a study (sorry, lost the reference) in which some mice or rats
were given an especially good-tasting diet in place of their usual bland
but adequate chow. Guess what - they gained weight. Reminds me of the
"anything you like" diet. To lose weight, don't eat anything you like.
