My reply:
I don't know where you live but they sell boneless skinless thighs and
breasts here (in Ohio) at many markets.  I get Amish, hormone and
antibiotic-free poultry at a large supermarket, or from a smaller supplier
with a shop at the farmer's market.  They sold poultry this way in Seattle,
WA as well.  I can buy bone-in, skin on fryer parts if I want, but I often
want the bones, so I can make a nutrient rich broth from them.
