Oh yeah, I know. Nagging doesn't help so I really
don't have much choice. For me I learned long ago
that there was nothing I could eat that was better
than feeling good. Also I have severe insulin
resistance and a family history of diabetes. I feel
like crap when I don't eat at least low carb, and even
better on Paleo.

For me my appetite gets so out of control with too
much sugar, even the natural kind. I'm just over the
fact that I can't eat certain things anymore. I don't
feel deprived honestly, usually I feel righteous,
especially when I see things like my hubby eating a
box of krispy kremes and feeling sick after, or the
Thanksgiving gorge where everyone else needs a nap and
I feel great. :) I guess I've always liked feeling
righteous and smug. LOL. Worth not eating donuts for!
:D
