I cheat almost every day, but not in a big way. Today I ate some potato
chips. Yesterday I had a bit of bread and dessert over at someone's dinner
party.

I eat basically paleo and low carb but I find it hard not to cheat. I am
traveling a good deal and it is easier to maintain paleo at home but hard on
the road. I find I will eat some of the airline-supplied carb junk, for
instance. But not huge cheats normally, although there are times when I will
cave in and eat pizza when everyone else is. Still I am far better off than
I used to be, in immeasurably better health, so I can't complain. It is just
very hard not to cheat with all the junkfood around -- I can't control what
my family buys (nor would I want to) and there is sometimes just too
tempting stuff at nice restaurants when I am on the road.
