I'll leave that to you.  As I say, I lost hundreds or even thousands of
pages of reprints, printouts, etc. this summer, due to a leak in the roof
over my office.  I'm not persuaded that only metabolic ward studies have
value and, in any case, I don't remember which ones were metabolic ward
studies and which weren't.  In most of the studies that I can recall, when
calories are held constant, difference in macronutrient composition makes
a small difference in absolute weight lost, but a greater difference in
type of weight lost.  This also reflects my personal experience.
