>Fascinating. I've been eating Paleo for about 2 weeks now. I eat a fair
amount of fruit (including some dried >fruit when I need a "sweets" fix) and
so far haven't noticed any bad effects from it. Based on some of what

I'm sure it's a YMMV thing -- this works for me, but may not for others.

I started cutting back on fruit based on what I read here too, but found
that I started snacking at night, which I've come to feel is my body telling
me I haven't eaten some nutrients I need. So I'm eating more fruit again,
several servings a day. I don't have a weight problem, and I don't really
like fruit. It's probably one of those ironic and irritating things where
the people who really like fruit can't eat much of it, while the people who
don't like fruit have to eat a lot of it. Definitely cutting back on fruit
is a bad thing for me - the fruits I dislike the most, like melons, seem to
be the one that do the most for me. Yuk.
