How about a complaint by a US citizen to whichever government agency
is responsible for preventing people from masquerading as doctors and
offering bogus medical advice over the internet?

A few extra complaints to AOL wouldn't go astray either.

A good way to stop these persistent loonies is to give them something
else to focus their attention on. Like a few lawsuits. Nothing like
being prosecuted by the government to focus one's attention :)
