We all have the right to choose what we believe to "be ethical." Our beliefs may or may not have any basis in objective reality.
If you choose not to eat lamb or veal, please let go of the fantasy that would live happy lives frolicking with Bambi and all the other Disney anthropomorphized cute animals. Sheep and cows functions as domesticated food animals. If everyone stopped eating them they would not have any life outside of the few in a zoo.
