Unpasteurised honey and really raw honey is not the same thing .
many honey producers , and bigger they are and most likelly to be true,  use
heat higher than hive temperature to facilitate the extraction , filering
and filling of jars with honey . also removing the operculs with an electric
knife as it is done , heat part of the honey at high temperature ( enough to
melt wax)

what i got from what you wrote is that raw honey is not a problem but the
mixing of it with other foods could be .
