May I suggest - tea !

Its healthy, and fine loose teas really are "a gourmet bargain".

I dont know if (green) tea is regarded as paleo, but in my experience it
fits very well into the paleodiet - much better than coffee.

When I went "paleo" I started drinking (green) tea instead of coffee.
It helped me to get rid of a bad coffee addiction (10 cups a day) .
It has been a wonderful "gourmet adventure" to learn all the different
types of tea (green, black, red, oolong etc.)

Talking so much about food and health , we shouldnt forget the mind.
Enjoying a fine tea is a beatiful contemplative experience.

Some green teas can even be eaten (and traditionally are ).
I often "nibble" the tender green tealeaves after steeping.
