For a while I was on a low to very low carb intake and inspired by Todd's
last posts I'm trying to boost it a little.

I increased it to 60-70 g per day at the moment and feel much better than on
let's say 20 to 30 g.
It's interesting in the gym since I have better endurance (not that tired
after 1 hour of exercices) but my strenght seems to drop a little. Can the
drop in strenght be related to carbs intake? Doesn't make sense.

The downside of increased carbs intake is that my hunger gets huge.
Yesterday I ate over 5500 kcals and was just satisfied. So anybody on a
tight budget keep your carbs low:}

Another topic:
I read studies showing that fat+carb in 1 meal gives much higher insuline
response than just carbs on itself. It contradictes the advise to eat fat
with carbs to slow down carbs digestion. Which one is true?

If the first one it means that we should eat proteins+carbs or fat+proteins
meals or carbs on their own.
