Port & sherry are both DESSERT wines...EXTREMELY high sugar content AND
high alcohol level. If you MUST drink wine, I'd stick to an organic light
white. Lowest sugar & alcohol.

Subject: wines ?

Hi all ,
I read recently that an occasional glass of wine is
permissible. They mentioned either Port or Sherry being allowed.
Any input here ? or was it wishful thinking ........... lol

  Thanks,
  Shirley

P.S. I am weaning hubby slowly to paleo instead of doing a sudden change.
so far = so good .
