I am A+ (caucasian). I am also rather sensitive to both grains and
some dairy. According to D'Adamo I should be able rather well adjusted
to grains, not true at all. Btw, my symptoms are different depending on
what I eat. Dairy will usually result in stuffed nose (cheesecase is the
worst - within 15 minutes or so, lasts for a few hours). Corn makes the
left underside of my jaw swell up. Grain makes whatever food I eat just
sit there in my stomach, making me feel sick.

On either fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue lists/newsgroups they also tried
getting some kind of a census of blood types. They appeared rather representative
of general population, not predominantly O.

While D'Adamo might have something interesting to his research, his enthusiasm
seems a bit premature.
